Gomez Grind

A last-runner-standing event to test your endurance and grow your community.

Gomez Grind Course Overview

Starting at the Gomez Peak Pavilion, you’ll run .75 miles up a connector trail to our beloved “Angel Loop.” From there, you’ll continue counter-clockwise around Gomez Peak, taking the connector trail back to the picnic area for a total of 3.1 miles and 495 feet of elevation gain. Then pause for a quick recharge and high fives, then do it all over again. And again. And again. And again…

Two Options. One Destination.

Please note there may be course and participation option changes for the next Gomez Grind race. We will update this page as we finalize plans for 2027.

Timed Last Runner Standing

Choose a timed loop option to test your speed, and your endurance.

  • Start time: 8am, March 2027 date TBD
  • One 3.1 mile loop every hour, on the hour.
  • Runners must start each loop at the same time.

Untimed 24-hour

More of the slow-and-steady type? Grind out those loops at your own pace.
